Refund Policy
1. General Refund Terms
We aim to provide flexibility and transparency in handling cancellations and refunds. Refunds may be requested for eligible services in both TZS and USD based on the payment currency.
2. Cancellation Timeframes & Charges
– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the travel date: Full refund minus administrative fees.
– Cancellations made between 15-30 days: 50% refund.
– Cancellations within 14 days or no-shows: No refund.
Certain services, such as flight tickets or non-refundable hotel bookings, may have stricter cancellation policies as dictated by third-party providers.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, email bookings@seastheday.co.tz with your booking reference, reason for cancellation, and relevant documents.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. International refunds may take longer due to banking procedures.
4. Special Circumstances
Refunds in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest) will be assessed individually, considering partner terms and local regulations.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Service fees, visa processing fees, and any third-party non-refundable expenses are excluded from refunds.
