1. Introduction

Welcome to Seas the Day (seastheday.co.tz), operated by Dhow Enterprises Limited.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to and use of our website and services, which include tourism, travel bookings, excursions, safari trips, flight arrangements, and car rentals in Tanzania.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Overview

We offer a variety of travel and tourism services, including but not limited to customized travel packages, guided tours, safari experiences, flight bookings, car rentals, and excursions.

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on factors such as weather, governmental regulations, and partner service provider terms.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online through our website. A booking is confirmed only upon full or partial payment as specified during checkout.

Prices for all services are clearly stated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and United States Dollars (USD). Prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates, supplier costs, or taxation changes, but confirmed bookings will retain agreed prices.

We accept payment methods including credit/debit cards, mobile money transfers, and bank wire transfers. Payments must be completed in full before service commencement.

4. Changes, Modifications & Special Requests

Clients may request modifications to bookings, subject to availability and additional charges if applicable.

Special requests such as dietary requirements, specific accommodations, or transportation needs must be communicated in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, we provide no guarantee of fulfillment.

6. Travel Documentation & Insurance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, visas, health certificates, and insurance coverage required for their trip.

Seas the Day is not liable for any consequences arising from missing or invalid travel documentation.

7. Travel Risks & Liability

Participation in travel activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, illness, delays, or force majeure events. Clients voluntarily assume all risks.

We act as agents for third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dhow Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. However, recognizing our global clientele, we also adhere to applicable international laws and consumer protections.

10. Travel Insurance Recommendation

It is strongly recommended that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering medical emergencies, cancellations, personal belongings, and liability.

11. Force Majeure Policy

In events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, we may cancel or modify your booking. Refunds will be processed in line with partner policies.

12. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in safaris, diving, or physically demanding activities. We disclaim liability for incidents arising due to health conditions not disclosed to us.

13. Local Law Compliance

Clients must comply with Tanzanian laws and regulations during their travels, including visa requirements, prohibited items, and local conduct laws.

14. Sustainability Statement

We are committed to responsible tourism. Our initiatives include supporting local communities, promoting eco-friendly travel practices, and ensuring respectful wildlife encounters.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. However, we recognize the global nature of our services.
